This wine is a mix of tradition and innovation. The sugar of the must changes sweetly in alcohol and carbon dioxide , determining the fragrant and sparkly characteristic. The sediments settle on the bottom of the bottle : that’s why this wine is called “vincolfondo”. It invites to friendship and chatting.
